Your details stay with us.
What this site collects, why, and what we do with it. In short: only what you choose to send us, kept on our own server, never sold.
Who we are
Rayken Digital makes Rayken One, the website system for nonprofits. This policy covers raykendigital.com. Questions go to [email protected].
What we collect
When you send the Get started form, we receive what you type or pick:
- your name and email address
- your organization, if you give it
- the size and launch window you choose
- your current website and your message, if you add them
With each form, our server also records the time, the page it came from, your IP address and your browser type. We use these only to stop spam and abuse.
Browsing the site does not create a record about you. The site sets no cookies for visitors and runs no advertising trackers. The Ask example on the home page is a scripted demonstration: nothing you click there is sent anywhere.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to you, to hold the launch slot you asked about, to run the sizing call, and to keep a record of our conversation. If you become a customer, the same record becomes part of your project file. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we never sell or rent your information or share it for advertising.
Where it is kept
Form submissions are stored in a database on our own server, hosted by Cloudways, outside the public part of the website. A copy of each new submission is emailed to our team inbox, which runs on Google Workspace. Only the Rayken Digital team can sign in to see submissions.
Services that see your connection
Like any website, a few providers handle the connection between you and the site:
- Cloudways hosts the site and the lead database.
- Cloudflare delivers and protects the site. It processes your IP address to do that. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views; it uses no cookies and does not identify you.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
- Google Workspace carries our email, including the copy of your form.
How long we keep it
Spam-prevention entries, which hold IP addresses, are deleted automatically after 24 hours. We keep form submissions for as long as we need them to talk with you and keep our business records, and we delete them when you ask.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email [email protected] from the address you used and we will do it within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, and we will honor them.
Children
This site is for organizations and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
